The costume: I will actually be putting Applejack up for sale soon since as much as I love her, I cannot handle the way the wig sits over my shoulder and how long it is. It was one of the most antagonizing cosplay experiances I think i've ever had. So if anyone is interested please note me XD To break down the outfit for you:
The vest was hand made by me, and the apples were painted on. The pants were leftover from Shura (I love those jeans) the boots I purchased at a thrift store, but the spurs were made by me. The hat was purchased at a thrift store. The gloves were also purchased from another thrift store. The wig was styled by me. The tail was leftover from Lolita Naruto believe it!
I had a lot of fun in MLP, although I didn't get around to posting the pictures sooner because I was away from the internet due to my own lack of time and other reasons. The photoshoot had thirteen ponies, which is a far cry from the original set number of ponies which was 30- I just thank god so many people dropped out. Thirteen was hard enough to handle with TWO photographers.
Took this photo- and was just a super sweetheart the whole con <3
Oh my gosh you are so lovely thank you so much for a wonderful comment with all your emotes- I really should learn how to use them... maybe you can teach me?? <3 Do you just memorize icon names? <3 like this? is it like that? -previews it- OH MY GOSH LOOK WHAT I DID -all excited- <3
I hope I can find her a good home too- I don't think I will be wearing her again, and I want to save up for a raver Rainbow Dash <3
You are very welcome!! Yes I usually just memorize emotes and then use them when I feel like it Sometimes I see emotes on other people's pages and remember new ones xD Raver Rainbow Dash!!! Another of my favorite ponies. You would be amazing as her!!
did you guys all get air brushing done or did you use body paint? You guys all looked amazing by the way <3 I loved the group shots and this one is adorable as well!
We used air brushing- but the Big Mac used body paint- he was one of the only ones in the entire group to do so- he was amazing as Big Mac- that day felt far too short. We got the makeup from Frends, a store in LA, and put it into the airbrush machine and airbrushed it on!
oh sweet! We have a friend here that is just now getting into air brushing, it seems like it would be easier for costumes like my little pony or adventure time or something like that.
Any way thanks for telling me now I must looking into Air brushing!
