I debuted this particular costume at Anime ALA, and was most happy to do so particularily because I was able to keep costs down to below twenty dollars to make all of it. I know, this was a magical outfit in so many ways. Alibaba represents a lot to me because he seems to have a lot of my individual character traits. I really enjoy him, and I hope you all do as well. I wanted to cosplay him with a friend of mine as Morgiana, but she was unfortunately unable to come so we did a few pictures with a lot of the other beautiful Magi cosplayers at ALA.

I thought it was most hilarious that mid way through the day I couldn't find any- because it was cold and all the Magi cosplayers retreated to the lobby <3

Haha. Magi is definitely a cosplay to do when it's a bit warmer. That's a really cool dagger. Please tell me you did his fighting stance at some point @u@. It's probably my favorite fighting stance in any series so far.

That's definitely true- I was having a hard time tolerating the cold, and I didn't do his actual fighting pose- we never even scheduled a actual shoot- and all these photos were taken WAY after the sun went down, so they are having to compete with a lack of natural lighting, but I think the photographer did a pretty good job considering the circumstances!

I really need to put Magi back on and do this fighting stance <3

Ah! I can't stand the cold either. X~X The blizzard on the east coast has been killing me. I can barely lug myself into the basement to work on my cosplays. I really hope you get a chance to do that pose. I feel like you'd be really awesome with it.

My feet go numb- I hate working like that it's so annoying ugh... <3 It was cold when we did the shoot- and I generally blank during shoots about poses and stuff beeeeh
